Mr. Wilson is an English Chartered Accountant and has passed American Certified Public Accountant examinations. He has over 19 years of software and material sciences industry experience and 9 years in public accounting with Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand.

After his career in public accounting Mr. Wilson was the first International Controller at Oracle Corporation. He subsequently worked for five 'start-up' companies three of which subsequently went public in the software and materials sciences industries. He was Chief Financial Officer of Oryx Technology Corporation when they went public in 1994. Most recently Mr. Wilson worked for an Enterprise Software Company in Sales, Business Development, Finance and Operations supplying process, project, portfolio and resource management solutions to Fortune 1000 Companies.

John MacDonald - CFO

Mr. MacDonald has served as our Chief Financial Officer since April 2007. From March 2004 until March of 2007, Mr. MacDonald served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Secretary. He retains the title of Corporate Secretary. From January 2004 until March 2004, Mr. MacDonald served as an Investor Relations consultant. Prior to that Mr. MacDonald was Vice President of Investor Relations for Ivanhoe Energy from June 2001 until December 2003. He has also held investor relations and financial analysis positions with EEX Corporation and Oryx Energy from 1980 to 2001. Mr. MacDonald received his MBA from Southern Methodist University in 1994 and his B.A. from Oklahoma State University in 1980.
